SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Once orders are received, they are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 21 days for delivery.

 

Conditions of Delivery:

We deliver our standard post parcels via Australia post. Some parcels will require a signature therefore, if possible, someone must be present to accept the package. For this reason we recommend delivery to an address that will be manned during business hours.

If you have not received your goods within the 21 day period, please contact us as your parcel may be awaiting collection.

Currently we only ship to and service AUSTRALIA.

 

Stock Availability:

We wish to mention to our online customers that our stock levels are dynamic and change frequently, therefore some lines may be available for a limited time for online purchase.

 

Online Pricing and GST:

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown.

For online orders we partner with PayPal. Payments can be applied via your PayPal account or directly by credit card. For online orders we accept Visa and MasterCard

Our Returns Policy:

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, Rainbow Saddles reserves the right not to offer a refund, however we are happy to provide you with an item exchange or store credit voucher. This is provided that the item is returned to our store within 14 days, is still in it is still original packaging, includes all instruction information, all accessories are included, is unworn/unused and in original condition. Please note that for exchange items you will be required to pay postage to and from Rainbow Saddles..
